Server Requirements
The KWEB TOTAL RECOVERY service is dedicated to critical situations requiring disaster recovery, server recovery, data restoration and infrastructure rebuilding.
The customer must provide all available administrative access credentials to the server, infrastructure, control panel, provider, backups and systems involved in the incident.
When available, the customer should also provide local or remote backups, snapshots, credentials, previous configurations and any information useful for rebuilding the environment.
Before the intervention begins, a technical assessment of the infrastructure is performed to determine the recovery possibilities and define the most appropriate recovery strategy.
If hardware, filesystems or data are compromised, it may be necessary to use new servers, storage systems or temporary infrastructure, and any related costs are not included in the service.
The service is handled with maximum technical priority, and billing is based on the actual time required to perform the recovery activities.
Complete data recovery cannot be guaranteed and depends on the condition of the systems, data integrity and availability of usable backups.
KWEB TOTAL RECOVERY is our service dedicated to the most serious IT incidents, when a server or infrastructure is no longer able to operate normally and requires an extraordinary recovery and rebuilding intervention. The service may include recovery of unbootable servers, compromised systems, damaged configurations, corrupted databases, unavailable web services and infrastructures affected by data loss or damage. When usable backups or snapshots are available, we can perform analysis, verification, restoration and rebuilding of the operating environment. If the original server cannot be safely recovered, we can prepare a new infrastructure and perform an emergency migration of recoverable data and services. The intervention may include restoration of web servers, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB databases, DNS, email, SSL, hosting accounts, server configurations and other compatible services. In the presence of damaged databases or filesystems, we first evaluate the technical possibilities of recovering the available data before rebuilding the services. Each incident is handled individually because causes, damage, infrastructure and backup availability can vary significantly from one case to another.
